Order confirmation
When your order is complete, we will send you an order confirmation to the email address you have provided along with a unique download link for the digital files.
If you do not receive your order confirmation or the download link for the digital files, please contact us at hello@theuncutproject.com.
Prices
All prices on our website are shown in Euro (EUR) and are incl. VAT.
No other fees (e.g. credit card fees) or costs are added to the price.
Payment
We accept payment with Visa, Mastercard, and all major credit cards.
Payments are processed through a secure payment server/provider that encrypts all information using an SSL protocol, which means that your data is safe and secure and cannot be read or accessed by third parties.
The amount will be deducted from your card only when the pattern files are sent to your email address. This will in most cases be immediately after your final confirmation.
Delivery
We only sell digital sewing patterns which will be sent as an unique download link for the digital files to your email address in a separate email from your order confirmation.
The PDF files will only be available to download for a period of 24 hours, so make sure to save the files to your own device.

Right of withdraw for digital products
Before purchasing digital products/patterns on our website, you provide your express consent and acknowledgement that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
Right of complaint
You have the right to complaint of any defects to your digital product. You are obliged to inform us of any defects within reasonable time after discovering the defect. Please use the contact details provided above.
If we receive a complaint, we will assess as soon as possible. If we find your complaint legitimate, we will either remedy the defect, replace the defected product or provide you a refund.
Consumer complaint boards
If you are from Denmark and wish to complain about a purchase from us, please contact us on hello@theuncutproject.com. If we are not able to resolve the complaint, you can complain to Center for Klageløsning, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg (www.forbrug.dk)

Changes to these terms & conditions
Changes to these terms and conditions will be published on this website. New versions will only apply to future purchases.
Reservations are made for typing errors, errors in pricing and changes in VAT and taxes.
